Group trips to the region
The Rebstock in Stühlingen is located in the southern Black Forest at the gateway to the Southern Black Forest Nature Park and directly on the Swiss border. Due to the central location, excursions to Lake Constance, the Black Forest and Switzerland are very popular. Our region offers a lot, as you can see from our suggestions.
Our excursions take you, for example, on the Black Forest tour to St. Blasien, to the highest mountain in the Black Forest, the Feldberg, to the largest lake in the Black Forest, the Schluchsee and to Titisee.
The excursion to the Appenzeller Land takes you with the cable car to the 2500 m high Säntis, where you will be rewarded with a wonderful view of the Alps and Lake Constance.
On a trip to Lake Constance, you will experience the famous Rhine Falls in Schaffhausen, the picturesque village of Stein am Rhein and, as a highlight, the colorful flower island of Mainau on Lake Constance.
A trip to Lake Lucerne is also very attractive. You drive via Waldshut (border with Switzerland) - Brugg - Lenzburg - Sempachersee to Lucerne. There you have the opportunity to take a boat trip on Lake Lucerne and to visit the old town or, interestingly, the Transport Museum in Lucerne.
Of course, the Breisgau metropolis of Freiburg is also at the top of the list on our excursions. In addition to the well-known sights such as the cathedral and the surrounding old town, there are also nice little shops to visit in the alleys. After exploring Freiburg, the journey continues to the Kaiserstuhl, Germany's warmest region, known for its excellent wines and the corresponding cellars. In Breisach you will be guided through the sacred halls and old cellar vaults under the Münsterberg of the Geldermann private sparkling wine cellar.
At a subsequent tasting you can convince yourself that a "Geldermann" shaken by hand justifies the greatest effort.
